RESOLVE:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art.1\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>&#8211; Nomear: Carmem Ricely C\u00e9sar Chacon e Jane Kelly da Silva Viana, para exercerem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Agente de Desenvolvimento do Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 2\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>&#8211; A fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Agente de Desenvolvimento caracteriza-se pelo exerc\u00edcio de articula\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas para promo\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento local e territorial, mediante a\u00e7\u00f5es locais e comunit\u00e1rias, individuais ou coletivas, que visem o cumprimento das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es e diretrizes contidas na mencionada Lei Complementar 123\/2006, sob a supervis\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o gestor local respons\u00e1vel pelas pol\u00edticas de desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1\u00b0 &#8211; O Agente de Desenvolvimento no desempenho das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e1 auxiliar no processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e continuidade dos programas e projetos contidos na Lei Geral das Micro e Pequenas Empresas e, tamb\u00e9m desempenhar um papel de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e continuidade das atividades para desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel do Munic\u00edpio, juntamente com o poder p\u00fablico municipal e as lideran\u00e7as do setor privado local.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 3\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>&#8211; Das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas do Agente de Desenvolvimento local:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Articular a\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas para o desenvolvimento e o cumprimento das diretrizes contidas na Lei Geral das MPE no munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Organizar um Plano de Trabalho de acordo com as prioridades de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Geral das Micro e Pequenas Empresas no munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Identificar as lideran\u00e7as locais no setor p\u00fablico, privado e lideran\u00e7as comunit\u00e1rias que possam colaborar com o trabalho;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Montar grupo de trabalho com principais representantes de institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e privadas e dar a essa atividade um car\u00e1ter oficial;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manter di\u00e1logo constante com o grupo de trabalho, lideran\u00e7as identificadas como priorit\u00e1rias para a continuidade do trabalho, e diretamente com os empreendedores do munic\u00edpio;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manter registro organizado de todas as suas atividades;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Auxiliar o poder p\u00fablico municipal no cadastramento e engajamento dos empreendedores individuais;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Realizar outras a\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o enumeradas no rol deste dispositivo e que sejam necess\u00e1rias ao cumprimento dos objetivos da fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 4\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>&#8211; A presente Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Publique-se.
