Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0Declarar\u00a0NULA<\/b>, para todos os fins de direito, a\u00a0Portaria n\u00ba 274\/2025 \u2013 GP<\/b>, de 30 de dezembro de 2025, que disp\u00f4s sobre a exonera\u00e7\u00e3o da Sra.\u00a0J\u00e9ssica Freire da Rocha<\/b>, do cargo de Coordenadora Pedag\u00f3gica, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0A nulidade de que trata o artigo anterior produz efeitos\u00a0retroativos (ex tunc)<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 data de publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Portaria n\u00ba 274\/2025 \u2013 GP.<\/p>\n

ORDENAMENTO DO CENTRO DA CIDADE NO PER\u00cdODO DE REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DA PROGRAMA\u00c7\u00c3O DA FESTA DE SANTOS REIS 2026.<\/div>\n

do Norte, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal.<\/p>\n

DECRETA:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba. Fica decretado o fechamento total do centro da cidade (Pra\u00e7a Get\u00falio Vargas), para ordenamento da Tradicional Feta de Santos Reis em pra\u00e7a p\u00fablica, a partir das 09hs do dia 05 de Janeiro de 2026, obedecendo as sinaliza\u00e7\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o colocadas nas vias p\u00fablicas, visando uma melhor ordena\u00e7\u00e3o e controle da festa e seguran\u00e7a dos mun\u00edcipes, o fechamento da Pra\u00e7a Get\u00falio Vargas \u00e9 primordial.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a7 1\u00ba A partir do hor\u00e1rio estabelecido fica proibido a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos automotores no per\u00edmetro a ser fechado, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de ambul\u00e2ncias, viaturas, entregadores, e qualquer outro motivo de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, desta forma os residentes da \u00e1rea s\u00e3o orientados a manter seus ve\u00edculos em garagem;<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2\u00ba O acesso de pedestres \u00e9 livre durante todo o per\u00edodo de fechamento, estando os mesmos sujeitos a revista, visando a seguran\u00e7a do evento;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba Fica proibido o estacionamento de ve\u00edculos automotores em via p\u00fablica nas ruas que circunvizinham o per\u00edmetro a ser fechado, visto que essas ruas ser\u00e3o as vias de acesso alternativo para o fluxo de tr\u00e2nsito. Seguem os nomes das ruas: Felipe Ferreira; Monsenhor Pegado; Capit\u00e3o Teixeira; Francisco Daniel; Jo\u00e3o Elias; C\u00f4nego Pedro Paulino Duarte; Jo\u00e3o H\u00e9lio e Travessa Jo\u00e3o H\u00e9lio; Jo\u00e3o Pegado.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013 Qualquer incidente que venha a acontecer com os autom\u00f3veis estacionados no per\u00edmetro mencionado ou em demais ruas da cidade durante o evento \u00e9 de inteira e total responsabilidade do propriet\u00e1rio do ve\u00edculo.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba Fica proibida a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos em recipientes de vidro, incluindo qualquer tipo de bebida nos dias de evento.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013 Os locais de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o situados no per\u00edmetro de fechamento, dever\u00e3o se responsabilizar pela substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do vasilhame por outro de material pl\u00e1stico ou similar.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba Ap\u00f3s o fechamento mencionado no Art 1\u00ba, fica terminantemente proibida a entrada de pessoas portando recipientes de vidro.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba Das san\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a7 1\u00ba O descumprimento do disposto no Art. 1\u00ba, \u00a71\u00ba deste decreto acarretar\u00e1 a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa no valor de 200,00 (duzentos reais);<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2\u00ba O descumprimento do disposto no Art. 2\u00ba deste decreto acarretar\u00e1 a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa no valor de 200,00 (duzentos reais) e no caso de reincid\u00eancia o comerciante ser\u00e1 impedido de participar nos pr\u00f3ximos eventos;<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3\u00ba O descumprimento do disposto no Art. 3\u00ba deste decreto acarretar\u00e1 a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa no valor de 200,00 (duzentos reais);<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
